After suffering a painfull neck for 2 years unable to turn my head and trying various treatment with no success I tried OCEAN D3 within a few weeks the pain was gone and also a swollen ankle due to injury was almost better pain nearly gone ,I recently used up my OCEAN D3 and realised that my muscles were begining to ache and neck pain returning I have immediately re ordered , hoping they will arrive soon excellent product .
