We aim to send your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is usually within a few days, but please allow up to 7 days. Postage and Packing is free. Your credit card will be charged at the point of sale.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

We’re confident that you’ll love our products but for your peace of mind you will still receive the usual 90-day money back guarantee on your purchase. So, if for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always send it back to us. All you need to do to use your 90-day money back guarantee is to make sure you keep all the product packaging, instructions, and other contents. Once your item is returned, a full refund will be processed, usually within 7 working days. If the item is not faulty, the customer must pay the return postage. Your statutory right to cancel will not be affected by the additional 90-day money back guarantee.
 

You are legally entitled to cancel your contract/order provided that you exercise your right no later than 14 days on which you received your goods. However, as part of our commitment to our customers we have extended the statutory cancellation period from  14 days to 90 days on all of our products.

 

If you would like to return your item for a refund, for any reason, simply post it to the address below within 90 days of receiving your goods along with yor name, address and phone number. Postage and packaging is non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. All returns are subject to a £2.95 processing fee.

For refunds please return you empty, part used and/or full containers to the address below with your name and address and your order number.
